The sterilization of fermenter adopts the technology of one-key complete connection, which can reduce the destruction of nutrients in the culture medium, reduce the rate of bacteria infection, and save steam consumption.
3. Apply continuous flyover equipment
The traditional fixed bed is replaced by continuous ion exchange to reduce the consumption of raw materials.
4. Optimize the release process
The optimization method is adopted to ensure that the material moves up gradually in the laminar flow in the new release and maintenance column, so as to ensure that the material and liquid at each place can be maintained for a long time under stable high temperature and effectively ensure the release effect.
The wet mixing granulator can accurately control the granulation end point and make the primary granulation rate reach more than 80% by using the precision ammeter to monitor the formability of soft wood, thus improving the production efficiency and solving the difficult problem of great difference in granulation between different batches caused by time control of granulation end point.
